Contributions to Oklahoma Victory Committee are not deductible for Federal income tax purposes. Oklahoma Victory Committee is registered with the Federal Election Commission as an independent-expenditure-only political committee, and therefore may accept unlimited contributions from individuals, corporations, and other organizations. Contributions will be used in connection with federal elections and are subject to the limits and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act. Federal law prohibits federal government contractors and foreign nationals without permanent resident status from contributing to the Committee.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
